The body justice workshop

The best way to experience the body justice movement is with your body and some other bodies who are feeling this cause too. Body justice workshops are a chance to reflect, explore, share and settle into our bodies. It's also an opportunity to dismantle the oppressive western beauty standards that have been sitting on your neck for your whole life and create something new and better. We use all kinds of activities and experiences to help you begin to make friends—or at least polite acquaintances—with your body. We get that a lifetime of body oppression can’t be undone in a day, but we all gotta start somewhere. Start with us. It’s gonna be fun. Contact Heather at to learn more.
